Every company is checked against national trade registries, fleet ownership confirmed against IMO and class society records, individual identity is verified, and we run continuous AML/sanctions screening. Buyers can't message you until they clear all four checks.
None to start — you can list with just the eight basic questions. To attract serious buyers, we recommend uploading a spec sheet or brochure (most detailed), recent survey reports, and certificates (class, tonnage, registry). Our AI extracts the structured fields from these PDFs and fills the form for you.
We provide an industry-standard NSF MOA template, e-signature ready, with optional escrow integration for the deposit. Both parties sign on-platform. For complex deals, we don't replace your maritime lawyer — but for most straightforward sales, the digital MOA is enough.
